MUG Making Saturdays in January, February and March 2026. 2 pm - 5 pm
Saturdays 2 PM to 5 PM Mug making workshops. $ 85 each class including materials, glazing and firing.
Come one Saturday or All. Pick the Saturday for you…and maybe a friend! Create your own roll stamped, hand-built mug for yourself or to give as a gift. Cynthia will guide you through this satisfying process with hand carved roller stamps. After drying and firing the mugs will be glazed and ready for pickup or shipping. $25/mug for packing and shipping

Cynthia Houghton has worked as the Lead Mural Designer for Natalie Blake Studios for 20 years. Before that she sculpted clay into figures, artifacts and creatures as a Ceramics/Sociology major at Earlham College and as a pottery intern at Callanwolde Fine Arts Center in Atlanta GA. She received her MFA from Northern Vermont University creating Cosmic Energy Hats and other multimedia creations. She then started making giant puppets, costumes, quilts and public murals including the Chicken Rex in downtown Brattleboro.
