At Fire Arts Vermont we believe in a stress free purchasing experience. Our client

relationships are the most important thing to us and we always want our clients to be

comfortable, and know that they are our priority. We know that buying anything online

without being able to see it in person is a daunting experience especially with a big

purchase like fine art or jewelry. Because of this we want to be there for you every step

of the way to answer any of your questions and get to know you!

Our policies and recommendations are outlined below but if you don’t see the answer to

your question or want to learn more about what we do please feel free to reach out and

RETURN POLICY

Online Store

We want all of our clients to be as excited about their purchase. So if you are unsatisfied or something feels off please contact us immediately.

Please do not hesitate to reach out with any concerns or questions.

If you do return an item, please ensure that the item is returned to us in new, unworn, and re-saleable condition within 14 business days from the delivery date of your order.

1) Please email fireartsvermont@gmail.com for authorization on all returns.

2) Shipping: For your protection, please pack your returns in the original box, return

your order with an insured courier and retain your receipt. Fire Arts Vermont is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Once your return is processed, your new piece will be shipped back out to you. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned items.

***VERY IMPORTANT*** Please ship with insurance, our insurance will cover the items once they are in our possession.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you place a new order, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your new product to reach you, may vary. Please let us know if your order is time-sensitive. We have options for express shipping at checkout.

3) For returns we will assess the item once we have it back in the studio to ensure it is

in resalable condition. After we have confirmed the condition of the piece we will credit the cost of the item less the shipping cost to the card used to make the original purchase.

4) We will send you an invoice or refund for the difference in the balance of exchanged items (if applicable).
