This program emphasizes embodied discovery over technique alone. Participants rotate through hot glass, clay work, and somatic painting that links breath and movement to mark-making. Studio sessions are paired with coaching and creative business mentorship, allowing material insights to translate into concrete next steps for entrepreneurial or professional growth. We welcome all women, whether artists, entrepreneurs, or professionals.

Carefully designed to support uninterrupted creativity, this retreat is limited to eight attendees and eight hosts to ensure individualized attention and meaningful connections through movement integration, creativity-focused culinary experiences, coaching, and a few other thoughtfully arranged surprises to inspire creativity and exploration.

Co-creators of Fire Arts Vermont, and business partners for over 30 years, Randi and Natalie bring decades of combined experience in teaching, studio practice, public commissions, and the art of the heart-led business.
Randi’s blown-glass work is represented in public and private collections, while Natalie’s ceramics and design practice integrates functional work, large-scale commissions, music, and space design.
Through Fire Arts Vermont, a gallery, open studio, and education center, they’ve created a space where concentrated mentorship fosters creativity, community, and personal growth.

3 nights of lodging in our artistically curated spaces: a beautifully remodeled church and grange hall Airbnb, located just 7 minutes drive from the studios.

Art Immersion

Meet the Artists

Natalie Blake
Natalie has worked with clay for three decades, creating her own line of functional, then decorative vessels. She’s been awarded several large public grants and hundreds of commissions in prestigious hospitals and institutions around the world with her large format tile and small sculptural wall work.
She is also a musician, playing string, wind, percussion instruments and is an improvisational vocalist with two bands.
Natalie is also a community leader, creative collaborator, space designer, host, serious manifester and magic catalyst.

Randi Solin
Randi has been committed to the art of blowing glass for over 30 years, dazzling collectors and colleagues with her technique, skill and inventive coloration style. She uses glass like a contemporary abstract expressionist painter, creating unique blown glass sculptures and vessels that delight the senses.
A graduate of Alfred University, her art has been acquired by the permanent collections of The White House, nine US Embassies, the Met Museum of Art in New York City, numerous public institutions, as well as royalty and celebrities world wide.
Randi is a community leader, hospice volunteer, conflict resolution specialist, early childhood educator, and she loves yoga, biking and kayaking.
